If you follow me anywhere else on the internet, chances are you've seen me uploading a lot of stuff recently. Here? Nope. My DA account is dead. I've been getting way more views by just posting on tumblr and facebook than what I'd normally get here on DA. My most popular works seem to be shit that caters to very specific things, like that enderman picture I made. Which by the way, is fucking shit. Another thing that bothers me, is that no matter what I post I'll only get 1 favourite. It's not that I want more favourites, it's that it's always the same guy every time. Chances are "that guy" is going to read this and know exactly who he is. No

I'm thinking of starting up commissions and art trades once again, and I have a few reasons to do so: 1. I need something to motivate me to draw varied things and to get out of this art slump I've been in. Generally, I need the practice. 2. Spending money for various things online I'm keeping my prices low, mainly because I'm not very good when it comes to drawing people's characters. But once again, practice helps. lineart bust: $1 coloured bust: $3 coloured bust w/ background: $4 And once again, art trades are just as good. This is mainly for practice after all, but the bits of money are still nice.

After making the initial invader image, I decided that this method was a really nice way of turning old sketches of mine into something much better. So with this in mind, I've decided to turn it into a series. The series will take the many creature doodles that I make in my sketchbooks and place them alongside data bent backgrounds and many other alterations. I'll be making some new drawings in my sketchbook with this process in mind, so it wont all be recycling of old doodles.
